After lots of discussion among the leaders in the Troops and the CO, we have modified the Guidelines somewhat.  This is a working document, but we think it sets forth a framework for the Troops for the next year.  The Troop leaders and Parents are running these troops, and the CO would prefer that they work out any implementation issues among themselves.  Of course, we are always available for council and thoughts.  Let's strive to make Troops 224 the best it can be!
